Method, Antimethod and Postmethod
Students from third year of the English Teacher Training College analysed the concepts of Method, Antimethod and Postmethod Pedagogy put forward by Dr. Kumaravadivelu in a paper published by the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL) . These concepts were developed in depth and criticised by Nilüfer Can and Mohammad Khatib (from Hacettepe University and Tabataba' I University, respectively).
The students worked in groups and after reading and debating about all the different concepts and perspectives in the literature reviewed, they publish here their summaries of the articles by the authors mentioned and they offer their own point of view in the texts that follow. We hope they can be of use to those reading them.
